- Every engagement is scoped to what the business actually needs, so there is no single number. There are three starting points: Starter for a single core deliverable, Growth for multiple connected systems, and Custom for enterprise and multi-system work.

- Six steps: discover, strategize, design, build, launch and scale. Scope is split into a launchable core and later phases, so value ships early instead of arriving all at once at the end.
